I practice in the areas of Family Law, Wills, Power of Attorney and Estates. I am also qualified as a Family Law Mediator.
My family law practice includes divorce, child and spousal support, division of property, custody and access as well as child apprehension. I accept legal aid clients and am a member of the Victoria Collaborative Family Law Group. My past experience as legal counsel with Family Maintenance Enforcement is often drawn upon to help my clients to resolve their outstanding and/or ongoing child and spousal support issues.
As a Mediator, I can assist individuals in resolving conflict to arrive at any of the following: parenting agreements, child and spousal support arrangements, co-habitation/marriage/separation agreements, equitable division of assets, and the planning for, or resolution of, family inheritance and estates.

 My office is located in downtown Victoria at 1027 Pandora Avenue in the Raincoast Business Centre. There is lots of metered parking right on this stretch of Pandora; however, I recommend that you look at a map first as it can be a maze of one-ways!
